Welcome to ShafaqShoots! We appreciate your interest in our photography services. Please carefully read the following Terms of Service ("Terms") before using our website or engaging with our photography services.

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

ShafaqShoots provides photography services, including but not limited to portrait sessions, event coverage, commercial photography, and other related services. The details of the services, including pricing and packages, will be outlined in the agreement between ShafaqShoots and the client.

2. Booking and Payment

To secure our photography services, a non-refundable booking fee is required. The remaining balance is due on the day of the scheduled session or event. Payment details, including accepted payment methods and cancellation policies, will be provided in the agreement.

3. Copyright and Usage

ShafaqShoots retains the copyright to all images captured during sessions or events. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal or business purposes. Commercial usage rights may require additional fees and must be agreed upon in writing.

4. Image Delivery

The final edited images will be delivered to the client in a digital format within 7 working days. ShafaqShoots is not responsible for the quality of prints made by third-party labs.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Rescheduling of sessions or events is subject to availability and must be communicated 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made by the client less than 24 hours before the scheduled date may result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.

6. Privacy

ShafaqShoots respects your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing photography services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. Liability

ShafaqShoots is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft that may occur during a session or event. Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their possessions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.

9. Changes to Terms

ShafaqShoots reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the modified Terms.
